WSU Library Instruction

Class Scheduling Form

Please read and follow the instructions carefully to ensure accurate scheduling:

Please be sure to fill out all of the required fields in the form. Once you have completed the form, an instruction librarian will contact you to confirm the date and time of the session and discuss the session's curricular content. If you would like to schedule multiple sessions, please fill out a separate form for each. If you are scheduling for a class outside of the English Composition, Freshman Seminar, or World Civilizations Programs, you may also want to directly contact your subject specialist librarian to help you with planning and scheduling your library session.

Please allow at least one week's notice when scheduling a class.

When instructors take an active role in the library instructional session, the students reap greater benefits. Plan to attend the session with your class.
