The WSU librarians have traditionally offered instructional sessions for the English Composition Program each semester. Beginning Spring 2007 librarians will reach all composition students as part of an increased effort on the part of both the English Composition Program and the Library Instruction department to meet the evolving educational needs of undergraduates. The sessions focus on how to use Griffin (the library's online catalog) and article indexes (especially those that provide literary reviews and critiques). In addition, all classes include instruction tailored to the specific research assignments of the English Composition section. If you are an English Composition instructor seeking to schedule a library instruction session, please go to the scheduling form . In addition to live instructional offerings Composition instructors are encouraged to assign the Online Tour for Undergraduates. The Online tour provides a brief introduction to library services and offerings providing an opportunity for students to navigate and become familiar with the Libraries online presence.
