Let’s say you are using a database to find a book. 
What information do you need before you can tell something is a book??  In other words, what elements need to appear in the citation to be a book?
 

Would you want to know the title of the book?? 
What about the book’s author?
Would you be interested in who published the book?
What about how old the book is??
