The road rejoins State Highway 26 just past the county fairgrounds. Here we're looking back at the junction. You'll be emerging from the right by those white posts on the right and turning left (toward the camera) onto the highway, away from the fairgrounds.

Just keep going west on 26 until you come to the Columbia River.
