Follow Grand Avenue north out of town until it becomes Highway 27. Turn left after 11 miles on Clear Creek Road for half a mile (keep left when the road splits), then turn left on Fugate Road (the first left) and drive up into the parking lot by the large picnic and playground area under the trees.
