Laptops that can be checked out and used in the library! The Owen library has six HP Compaq Notebooks will have 2 GB of RAM, as well as a DVD/CDRW drive, wireless Internet access and other standard features like Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office 2007, RealPlayer, IM packages and SciFinder Scholar.

The laptops will also have the Pharos printing software for printing to the libraries printers. These laptops will be available for checkout to students, faculty and staff of WSU with valid WSU ID for two hour loan periods, with the possibility of one renewal if there is no hold. The laptops will come packaged with a carrying case, power cords, mouse and headphones.
