WSU Libraries Assessment Plan

Project Description: In 2011, WSU Library Administration acting on the recommendations of the Assessment Plan Environmental Scan Project Team, adopted outcomes for the Libraries. These outcomes situated in meeting the needs of the user community, are focused in the areas of student learning, collections, and facilities. From these outcomes, measures developed by departments, units, and teams are scheduled for assessment at predetermined intervals in the assessment cycle. Reporting on measures is the responsibility of the department, unit or team as identified in the plan. The Assessment Team will draft a progress report each year, documenting overall progress made towards outcomes.

As of September 2011, departments, units and teams are in the process of selecting measures to be included in the assessment plan. The assessment plan structure can be accessed here.
