Collection Description
This collection consists of seven commercially produced cylinder recordings of musical performances (vocal and instrumental). Thomas Edison's National Phonograph Company produced three of these; the other four were produced by the Indestructible Phonographic Record Company. The collection includes wax and celluloid cylinders. All of these are housed in contemporary cylindrical boxes.
