Congressional Research Service Reports

The National Council for Science and the Environment collects and makes available environmentally-related (CRS) Reports.

Core Documents of U.S. Democracy
An electronic collection of the basic federal documents available for free permanent public access from the Government Printing Office. Includes the Constitution of the U.S., the Bill of Rights, U.S. Government Manual, budget of the U.S. Government, the Declaration of Independence, and links to economic and demographic information.

Science Accelerator
Searches multiple
resources made available by the Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI), U.S. Department of Energy, such as EnergyFiles, Information Bridge, DOepatents, DOE R&D Project Summaries, and the Energy Citations Database.

Access to Environmental Protection Agency technical and public documents with a search and browse system.

GPO Access
Provides index and full-text government information compiled by the Government Printing Office. Includes up-to-date Federal Register, Congressional Record, Congressional Bills, Public Laws, and U.S. Code.

STAT-USA
Provides access to full-text reports and statistical series for up-to-date business, economic, and international trade information by the Federal Government. Includes the entire National Trade Data Base (NTDB) database. Must be accessed in the Holland and Terrell Libraries or Owen Library reference areas and a password is required (see reference librarian). See the User's Guide for more information.

Provides access to legislative information from the Library of Congress. Includes U.S. Congressional Documents and Debates from 1774 to 1873, House and Senate Roll Call Votes since 1989, Congressional Bills since 1993, Congressional Record since 1989, public laws since 1973, and much more.
