LIBRARY COUNCIL TASK FORCE ON BUDGET PROCESS

At its October 4, 2000 meeting, Library Council approved the charge and membership of the Library Council Task Force on Budget Process. 

 
Charge:  
  1. Examine ways to introduce more accountability into the use of resources in the Libraries. 
  2. Suggest ways of achieving more efficiencies in the Libraries' use of resources without creating additional work. 
  3. Discover and report on available financial information (and ways to access it) both in the Libraries and centrally at WSU. 
  4. Describe and explain the processes for the following: · Omnibus and other equipment funding · Temporary funds · MCI funds · End-of-year budget calls
