BIOSIS Previews (SP - webspirs)
CAB ABSTRACTS


1. 	Do a research on BIOSIS Previews (SP) or [CAB ABSTRACTS SP]
2. 	Mark the items you want to export to EndNote Web.
3. 	Click on the small diskette picture that is located on the right side of the Purple Bar
4. 	Make sure ‘Save to Disk’ is checked.
5. 	Make sure ‘Marked Record’ under ‘Save or Export these records’ is checked.
6. 	Under ‘Save These Fields:’, Click on Drop down list and choose ‘Complete Record’ ***** 
7. 	Then, Click ‘OK’ Button on Yellow bar.
8. 	Save the Download.DAT file. (You do not have to change its extension name.)
9. 	Now, go on EndNote Web and login.
10. 	Click Yellow "Collect" tab.
11. 	Click “Import References”
12. 	Click “select…” and check if BIOSIS Previews (SP) or [CAB ABSTRACTS SP] is on the list.
•  If not, Click “Customize this list” and select BIOSIS Previews (SP), or [CAB ABSTRACTS SP] then click ‘Copy to Favorites’, now BIOSIS Previews (SP) or [CAB   ABSTRACTS SP] must appear on the list.

13. 	Click “Browse….” Button and find the .dat file you saved from your search.
14. 	Click “Import”
15. 	Make sure number of imports matches the number of items you selected on BIOSIS 
Previews (SP)
