2. How is this group currently supported by the Libraries?
Emeritus faculty are treated as full faculty.
3. How is this support communicated and promoted to them?
No special programs have been created. They are provided with full faculty services as needed.
4. Does this group have an official liaison from the Libraries?
No.
5. What problems does this group have with accessing library services?
Emeritus faculty should be coded in Griffin as regular faculty. However, this designation is sometimes changed by the system if the faculty member returns to campus in a 40% position or enrolls in a course. Circulation staff know of this and have a procedure in place to correct these records.
