Community Users
1. What are the unique needs of this user group?
Community users are people who have no WSU affiliation.
2. How is this group currently supported by the Libraries?
Community users may borrow books if they apply for a library card. They do not have off-campus access to any subscription databases, nor can they request items via Summit.
3. How is this support communicated and promoted to them?
This is done on an individual basis by the Circulation department as the user applies for a library card.
4. Does this group have an official liaison from the Libraries?
No.
5. What problems does this group have with accessing library services?
