2010 WSU Library Benchmark Report

Project Description:
In 2005, the Libraries developed metrics to support teaching, learning, research and scholarship. Benchmarks were developed from the metrics, and measured in the areas of facilities, collections, resource sharing, technology, public services, fundraising, and staffing. In 2010, the Libraries re-visited the 2005 benchmarks evaluating the current state of the Libraries. The documents below include the 2005 and 2010 reports.
