CTS Help Desk
Collections and Technical Services works to select, acquire, organize, process, and provide access to information resources. Our goal is quality customer service as we carry out our responsibilities to:
- Collaborate with teaching faculty to develop the WSU Libraries collections to support teaching, learning and research at Washington State University
- Search, order, receive, claim, and pay for all library materials
- Monitor fund expenditures and track statistics
- Provide descriptions and access information for all library material in Griffin, the online catalog
- Prepare materials to be shelved in the libraries' collections
- Process documents received as part of the US Federal and Washington State Library Depository Programs
- Record receipt of print periodical and newspapers, provide links to electronic resources and process library materials to be bound
