This issue overcame several obstacles on its way to being published and, as a result, is a little less filled out than previous issues. Our plan now is to publish on a bimonthly basis with slightly fewer articles, but more steady output. Thus, the next issue is scheduled for late February 2001.
In this issue you will find a feature article describing a cooperative project with Colorado State University as well as interviews with three new employees: (Ingrid Giden, Mark Jacobs and Tammy Siebenberg) plus a visit with Mary Doyle, our Interim Director. There is also an employee-submitted poem
("lost elucidation") and a chance to share your memories of Carol Howard. And finally, we offer an overview of the personnel changes within The Libraries during the past ten months (takes a moment to load) and our regularly updated Employee Development Calendar of Training and Events.
As always, we hope you will all consider contributing articles, opinions, letters, artwork, and/or photos (or ideas for any of these) for future issues. Look for our editorial guidelines on the submissions page.
