Interview with Ginny Steel
Photos of Ice Cream Social - June 21, 2001 In this issue we offer three feature articles. These include a glimpse of one of the many unique and valuable collections housed in Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections ("Enduring Significance") and a tour of the recently renamed Health Sciences Library ("Never A Dull Moment"). Also, in honor of Spring, we redirect your attention to a collection of outdoor recreation books reserved just for library staff ("Hidden Teasures"). We also offer interviews with two new employees (Jon Shepard and Jen Stevens) as well as with one continuing employee(Bob Pringle). As before, we offer an overview of the personnel changes within The Libraries during the past five months (this page takes a moment to load) and our regularly updated Employee Development Calendar of Training and Events. And again, as always, we hope you will all consider contributing articles, opinions, letters, artwork, and/or photos (or ideas for any of these) for future issues. Look for our editorial guidelines on the submissions page. -JAsh (The production team for this issue of LibWire included: Mark Jacobs, Rosemary Streatfeild, Joel Cummings, and Judith Ashworth.)
