The following is a list of the unprocessed and uncataloged manuscript collections held in Manuscripts, Archives and Special Collections (MASC). For the most part these papers are roughly in the state in which they were received, so intellectual access to them is limited. These collections are available to researchers (barring any restrictions on use) but users should be aware that they will have to determine which materials might be pertinent to their research needs. This listing is being made available for the convenience of researchers.
Entries are arranged alphabetically by the person or agency chiefly responsible for producing these collections. This information is followed by a brief, generic description of the contents, the collection span dates, the number of boxes, the accession (or "MS") number and the temporary stacks location number. Not all these elements are present for every entry. Please note that some of these collections may be "in process". Portions of these and other unprocessed collections may not be available for public use.
